How To Keep The Kitchen Clean


Health is a factor that deserves attention from everyone. Without a healthy body condition, so any activity is very difficult to do well. There are many efforts that can be done to maintain health, ranging from healthy living to pay attention to running the neighborhood. Needless far, these efforts can be started from the kitchen.
Seeing the kitchen function to store and process food, it is only natural that everyone needs to see to it that this room remains clean and hygienic. From where the health of residents is maintained through a processed food. Here are some things you can do. Try for the kitchen have adequate lighting. This can prevent the kitchen from animals such as rats or cockroaches who likes dark places. Make a well ventilated and make sure that the cooking fumes and steam can be streamed out.
Check the condition of the food contained inside the kitchen cupboard. Check the expiry date and the amount of inventory, so the food stored in the cabinet  is the food that is ready for consumption. Regularly check the food in the refrigerator   is also a step to create a clean kitchen. Throw rotten food so as not remove this smell and transmit the bacteria inside the refrigerator.
Wash the stains of food and oil remaining on the equipment of food and stoves. This should be done immediately after the end of cooking in order to prevent the stain more difficult to clean.
Try the kitchen conditions remain dry, either from the table, cooking utensils, as well as considering other germs and bacteria like moist places. In addition, creating a dry kitchen can make us feel comfortable.
Dispose of trash the kitchen every day. Buildup garbage in the kitchen  can invite animals such as cockroaches, flies and even mice. Besides that rubbish can be a source of disease and produces a bad odor.
